What is your return policy?
You may return your product for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the item.
If your return is shipped back after 14 days from receiving the order, it will be eligible for return towards an EU.Kith.com E-Gift Card credit only until the 30th day of receipt. After 30 days, the product is no longer eligible for return.
The product must be returned in new condition, never worn, with its original label and packaging. If these conditions are not met, the refund will be refused. The return shipping cost, which may vary, will be deducted from the refund total.
Return restrictions:
Some products are not eligible for return. Certain goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons. (All those products will be reflected as final sale on our website)
Once the packaging is opened, the following products are no longer eligible for return:
- Underwear (boxers / bras / Pack 3 tees / socks)
- Swimwear (Men & Women)
- Cosmetics and laundry
- Journals and posters
Return to sender is due to the following actions:
- Refusing the parcel during the carrier delivery
- Not collecting the parcel in the pickup center
- If the address provided is incomplete, wrong or if there is no one to receive the parcel (P/O box)
Return to sender refunds exclude the original shipping costs.
Pre Orders:
Products offered in pre-order and made to order or customized are not subject to refund, exchange or cancellation. Therefore, the customer waives his right to retraction.
This waiver takes effect as soon as the order is placed.
How do I return my order?
To initiate a return, visit our returns portal here.
Then you may select your item(s) for return and instantly generate your return shipping label.
Kindly note, online orders must be returned by mail - our stores do not accept returns for online orders.
How do I exchange my item(s)?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for EU orders.
However, due to limited stock availability, if you would like to secure your item, we encourage you to submit a new order the product/size desired and return the original order/item (within 14 days of receipt) using our Return link mentioned above for a full refund.
Will I receive a refund on my shipping cost upon return?
No. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Can I combine returns?
You can only use the return label for the items requested when the return was processed in our Returns Portal. You cannot combine returns from different orders or combine two open returns for the same order if you decide to include additional items. Our returns department will not be able to process your return properly and you may experience heavy delays with your refund or not receive proper compensation. Please note that Kith is not responsible for lost products due to a return sent back using the wrong order number or return label.
