What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day window from the order-received date to let us know if you’d like to initiate a return. Once we are notified, we offer an additional 14-day window to send your item(s) back to us for a refund to your original payment method. Returns that exceed the 14-day window following your withdrawal notice will no longer be eligible for a refund. Exclusions apply.
The product must be returned in new condition, never worn, with its original label and packaging. If these conditions are not met, the refund will be refused. The return shipping cost, which may vary, will be deducted from the refund total.
How do I return my online order?
To initiate a return, fill out our returns eligibility form here. One of our return specialists will review your request and confirm eligibility via email.
Kindly note, online orders must be returned by mail - our stores do not accept returns for online orders.
Are any items restricted from returns?
Some products are not eligible for return. Certain goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons. (All those products will be reflected as final sale on our website)
Once the packaging is opened, the following products are no longer eligible for return:
- Underwear (boxers/bras/3-pack tees/socks)
- Swimwear (Men & Women)
- Cosmetics and laundry
- Journals and posters
How do I exchange my item(s)?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for eu.kith.com orders. Due to limited stock availability, we encourage you to submit a new order as soon as your eligible return has been initiated if you would like a replacement.
Will I receive a refund on my shipping cost upon return?
No, original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Can I combine returns?
You can only use the return label for the exact items requested when the return was initiated. If you include additional or unexpected items, our returns department will not be able to process your return properly, and you may experience heavy delays with your refund or not receive proper compensation. Please note that Kith is not responsible for lost products due to combined returns.
Why was my order returned to sender?
Orders may be returned to sender due to the following:
- Refusing the parcel during the delivery
- Not collecting the parcel at the pickup center
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses
If you order is returned to sender, it will be processed as a normal return per our return policy above. We are not able to reship returned to sender orders.
What is your return policy for Pre-Order and Made-to-Order products?
Products sold as Pre-Order or Made-to-Order are customized and are not subject to refund, exchange, or cancellation. This waiver takes effect immediately when the order is placed.
