What are the benefits of shopping on the EU site for Kith instead of the US site?

Some of the benefits you will experience while shopping on our EU region site are:

  • Duty free

What is Global-E?

Global-E is our international shipping provider. All International orders are placed through Global-E and shipped from our private warehouse located in Belgium.

 

Will I have to pay custom / duty fees? 

Prices are displayed in Euros with all taxes included (VAT).

 

What countries do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping.

 

What is my size?

Our sizing is offered in US sizing, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.

 

I received an Order Confirmation email but just minutes later received a cancellation email. What happened to my order? 

The initial email you receive states that your order request is being processed. During this time, your order can be cancelled based on the order analysis done by our Order Review team, as well as actual product availability. Your order is only confirmed once you receive a tracking link from Kith that your order has been dispatched.

 

I just placed my order. Can I cancel it?

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

 

Can I add/remove products from my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified/edited in any form.



I am missing products from my order or product(s) in my order are damaged. What steps should I take?
If any products are missing from your order or you received a product that is damaged, please reach out to support and retain all the original packaging. We request that you take photos/video of the interior and exterior of parcel for further investigation on our end. In some cases a claim with the carrier may be filed if packages were tampered with.


Where do orders ship from?

We are happy to announce that International Orders (that are placed via our eu.kith.com site) are fulfilled from our private warehouse facility in Belgium.

 

Can I change/update my shipping address?

If you've entered a typo within your shipping address while submitting your order, please contact our Resolution Team via email at [email protected].

Be sure to provide your order number in the subject line. 

 

Why can I only buy one style per product?

Based on item exclusivity, we set restrictions to prevent customers from purchasing multiples of an item to ensure other interested customers have an opportunity to purchase.

 

Can I pick up my online order from a KITH store?

We do not offer in-store pickup for online orders.

 

What shipping methods do you offer?

DPD, UPS, DHL

 

I placed two or more orders today. Can you combine them to save on shipping?

We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

 

I’m buying a gift for a friend. Why can’t I have a separate billing and shipping address?

To protect our customers, KITH is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and KITH will only ship to the address provided at checkout, which must match the billing address.

 

I am missing products from my order or a product in my order is damaged? What steps should I take?
If any products are missing from your order or you received a product that is damaged, please retain all the original packaging until the issue has been resolved completely with customer service.

 

Can I ship my order to the US?

Orders placed on eu.kith.com must ship within Europe.

If you wish to place an US order, please visit our US regional site at kith.com.

 

Can I place my order over the phone?

We do not accept phone orders.

 

I noticed I entered the wrong address information and the package is now being returned to sender. What are the next steps to have my package re-shipped to me?

Orders that are returned to sender will be refunded once our facility receives the package back. Please note, original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Feel free to email our team at [email protected] for assistance with your order.

 

Can I place a phone order from my local Kith store?

Our stores do not accept phone orders.

 

Why can I not add the right size to my cart?

The item may have sold out during your cart session. You can confirm this by refreshing the product page and identifying the sizes available.

 

I had an item in my cart and as I was completing payment, it sold out. Can I still get my item?

Our products are offered on a first come, first serve basis. If the item appears as “Sold Out”, then we have no additional stock of the product.

 

I placed an order and it was cancelled the same day. What happened?

There are a variety of reasons why your order may have been cancelled by our Order Review Analysts, such as billing/shipping addresses not matching, a partial match on the credit card information provided at checkout, are just a few of the common reasons.

Can I ship my order to Russia?

Russia orders cannot be delivered to any other locations due to certain restrictions. If addressed to any location different from those indicated below, no matter if the intended recipient is a private or business party, such shipment will be returned to sender.

Why can't I see my previous purchase history?

If you are shopping on our eu.kith.com site, you will not be able to view any past purchase(s) made under our US region site.

You will only be able to view EU orders/transactions that were placed under eu.kith.com. We cannot combine accounts or transfer any data between the US/EU online store.

 

My account was compromised and someone placed an order. What should I do?

Why are certain products excluded from my region?

Due to contractual agreements with the below vendors, we no longer offer international shipping for the following brands:
