How much is shipping/freight?

For EU orders, the cost will start at 10 Euros and may vary based on delivery destination.


How can I track my order status?

International orders ship in 5-7 business days. Visit the account login page on eu.kith.com and sign in – there, you may review your order status. If you checked out as a guest, you may contact us at [email protected] for your current status.

 

Why isn’t my order status updated when I log into my account?

Please allow 5-7 business days for tracking to appear.

 

Tracking shows my label has been created, but no movement. Why is this?

Your shipping status may take 1-2 business day before any location updates appear. If your tracking does not update after 2 business days, please email our Resolution Team at [email protected] and we will research the matter further.

 

My package shows as “Delivered” but I never received it. What should I do?

Based on your location and pre-set preferences with the delivery courier, your order may be delivered to your building doorman, concierge, mailroom, or even at times, a neighbor of whom may accept the package in your absence. Please be sure to check with these individuals first. If you still do not have your package 24 hours after the delivery has occurred, please contact our Resolution Team at [email protected] and we will investigate the issue further.


My order is missing items, what should I do?

In order to investigate with our carrier if the package was tampered with during delivery, please reach out to us within 7 days from the delivery date, as our carrier will not investigate if reported after that time frame. You will have to submit a DOR form within the timeframe in order for us to get this claim started, email us at [email protected].


Do you offer same day delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer same day delivery.


Can I pick-up my order from my local Kith store?

Online orders cannot be retrieved at any Kith store location as all online orders must be shipped from our warehouse which is not open to the public. 


Can I pick-up my order from my local postal station?

Online orders must be shipped to the shipping destination and cannot be picked up.


Can I change the shipping address on my order?

No. In order to ship your items as quickly as possible, we start working on your order immediately after it has been confirmed in our system. Due to the quick and streamlined nature of this process, we are typically unable to make changes to orders after it has been confirmed in our system. Please be sure to confirm the shipping address is correct during the checkout process before placing your order.
