Can I purchase an EU.Kith.com Gift Card?

At this time, we do not sell eu.kith.com Gift Cards – they are provided only for eligible online order returns within 30 days of purchase receipt.

Can I use my Kith Gift Card right away?

Once we receive your returned item(s) and our warehouse team confirms it to be in 100% original condition, it will then be issued to you via the email associated with the order. Gift Cards are typically provided within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends) of return delivery/processing.

When does my Kith Gift Card expire?

Fortunately, our eu.kith.com Gift Cards do not expire!

Can I use my EU.Kith.com Gift Card on the US site?

No. If you've received an eu.kith.com Gift Card, it can only be redeemed on the EU Kith website. It is not transferrable.

Can I use my EU.KITH.com Gift Card at my local KITH store?

No. EU KITH.com Gift Cards can only be used on eu.kith.com – in addition, Kith Store Credits can only be used at physical Kith retail stores.

How long will it take to receive my Kith Gift Card refund?

Usually within 5-7 business days after your return has been mark delivered and processed.

I received a refund but it was not the same amount as my order total. Where is the rest of my refund?

We deduct the original shipping cost from your refund total, and duties and taxes are non-refundable. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for more information.

I forgot to use my Gift Card and my order was already submitted. Can I still use it for my order?

We cannot process Gift Cards after the purchase has been made, and we cannot cancel the order once it has been submitted. Fortunately, the Gift Card does not expire, and may be used on a future online order.
