Why is my order still processing?
Kith EU orders typically ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page. In rare cases, delays can occur at the warehouse or carrier level that extend that timeframe.
Made-To-Order/Pre-Order products are shipped based on the time frames of product development, which will be specified on the product page.
I just placed my order. Can I cancel it?
Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified. Our fulfillment process begins immediately to ensure timely delivery.
Can I add, remove, or change products from my order?
No. Immediately after an order is placed, we are unable to modify or edit it in any form.
Why am I only allowed to purchase limited units of certain products?
In order to ensure fair access for all customers, purchase limits may be applied to select high-demand or exclusive products. These limits help prevent bulk purchasing and ensure more customers have a chance to shop. The limit will be clearly displayed on the product page.
Can I place an order online and pick it up from my local Kith store?
No, in-store pickup is not available for online orders. All orders placed through our website are shipped directly to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Can I place my order over the phone?
No, we do not accept phone orders. All orders must be placed through our website.
Why can't I add a certain size to my cart?
If a size is unavailable for selection, it may be sold out. Try refreshing the product page to confirm inventory status.
I had an item in my cart, but it sold out before I could complete my purchase. Can I still get this item?
Items placed in your cart are not reserved. Products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and we are unable to fulfill orders for items that sell out during the checkout process.
My order was canceled unexpectedly. Why did this happen?
Orders may be canceled for several reasons, including but not limited to incomplete shipping information, unverifiable payment details, chargeback history, or item unavailability. If your order was canceled and you believe it was an error, please contact [email protected] for further assistance.
Can a gift note or gift wrapping, or a Kith shopping bag be included in my order?
At this time, we don't offer any gift wrapping on our products. Also note that the invoice will be automatically included in our packaging and we are unable to remove this from the package.
Why are certain products excluded from my region?
Due to contractual agreements with the below vendors, we are unable to fulfill international orders for the following brands:
