When will my order ship?
Kith EU orders typically ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page. In rare cases, delays can occur at the warehouse or carrier level that extend that timeframe.
Made-To-Order/Pre-Order products are shipped based on the time frames of product development, which will be specified on the product page.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Because we begin processing orders immediately after they are confirmed, we are typically unable to make changes to the shipping address once the order is submitted. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.
How much is shipping?
For orders shipping within the EU, the cost will start at €10 and may vary based on delivery destination. For orders shipping to the US and CA, the cost is $25.
What countries do you ship to?
We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available during checkout, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to that location at this time.
Do you offer same-day delivery or expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer same-day or expedited shipping options. All orders are shipped using our standard shipping methods, and we aim to fulfill and deliver them within the estimated timeframes mentioned above.
I placed multiple orders today. Can I combine them to save on shipping?
No. Each order is processed and shipped individually as it is placed, and we are unable to consolidate multiple orders into a single shipment.
I ordered multiple products, but received a tracking number that includes only some of the items. Where is the rest of my order?
Based on availability, your items may ship from separate locations, including various Kith Retail stores or our private warehouses. The remaining items will be fulfilled in our estimated time frame, depending on your country.
My order hasn't shipped yet, can I pick it up from my local Kith store?
No, in-store pickup is not available for online orders. All orders placed through our website are shipped directly to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If a P.O. Box is entered at checkout, we reserve the right to cancel the order to avoid any delivery issues.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track the status of your order by logging into your account on eu.Kith.com or by viewing your Order History in the Kith app.
Why isn't my tracking information updating?
After you receive your shipping confirmation, tracking information may take 1 to 2 business days to update in the carrier’s system. If you’re still not seeing any movement on your tracking after that window, we recommend reaching out to us at eu.[email protected] with your order number in the subject line.
My tracking says “delivered,” but I haven't received my package. What should I do?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend first checking with your building’s mailroom, doorman, concierge, or any neighbors who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf. If the package is still missing 24 hours after the delivery scan, please contact eu.[email protected] with your order number in the subject line. You must report missing orders within 10 days of the order being marked as delivered.
I’m missing my order/products from my order, or my order was damaged. What steps should I take to fix this?
If anything is missing or damaged from a delivered order, please do not discard the original packaging. Photograph the packaging and the items you received (if any), and email eu.[email protected] with your order number in the subject line and your photos attached. You must report missing and damaged items within 10 days of the order being marked as delivered.
My order was lost/stolen after delivery. What should I do?
Kith is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the shipping address provided at checkout matches the address confirmed for delivery. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer liable for the shipment. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address and monitoring tracking updates closely. Misplaced packages are non-refundable.
My order was returned to sender, will I be refunded?
Any order returned to sender will be processed as a standard return in accordance with our Return Policy. We are not able to reship returned to sender orders under any circumstances.
What is Global-E?
Global-E is our international shipping provider. All international orders are placed through Global-E, then shipped by our private warehouses or retail locations.
